Thanks to Crissy

I just wanted to take a moment and "Thank" my niece Crissy for the slide show. I have seen a couple of them before and finally took the time tonight to learn how to do one. by clicking on her new blog. Site listed on the side. They are a neat way to post a lot of pictures for all to see.

As most of you know this past February/March Malissa and I took a 10 day vacation with Auntie Em to New Mexico to go see G-Pa. I have more to post on this trip.., but that will come later.

Once again I had a bit of time to learn/play around

on my new software. So I came across this picture

of Malissa and absolutley LOVE it so I decided to

see what I could create.

So this is what I came up with. I think

It turned out really cute. I however

wanted to leave her shirt and cowgirl hat

PINK but was unsucsessful in doing that.

I think...I need...to do a little more reading. :(

I really enjoy this type of thing so I can

see this becoming very ADDICTING.

All Summer Long

This is how Malissa & Zach spent their summer...at the public pool. Malissa is trying to learn a back dive. She was brave enough to do it off the ladder but chicken out on the diving boards. She can do almost every other type of dive but the back flip. So this is her goal for next summer if we still have a pool.

1st Day of School

Well...Summer has about come to an end. The children started back to school today. The kayos of all four of us trying to get reading in the same bathroom in less then an hour. However...the first morning went rather well.

R.J is a sophomore and drives to the neighboring town for school. Zach is in Jr. High (7th) this year and gets to ride along with older brother. Malissa is in 4th and still is in town here. So at least she will still walk me to work in the mornings.

Zach started football practice today. He loves this sport so more pictures of this to come. He has been playing since he was in the 4th grade. He absolutley "LOVES" it.

I know...I know...this looks simular to the picture posted earlier...But look what I've been learning how to do. I was able to crop the picture and add text. I had some butterflies flying around him also but Randy didn't think they looked so CUTE!! So I deleted them.

So here is a picture of Malissa before...

And here she is after. She gets to keep the butterflies.

And of course we can't forget R.J. My boy is growing up...so hard to believe he is a sophomore.

New Glasses

Ok...for those of you haven't seen me in a while here is a picture of me in my NEW glasses. My boy Zachary says "They sure are alot cooler then the old ones." So with that...I took that as a compliment.
